What is ‘The Ideas Factory 100’?
The Ideas Factory 100 will bring together 100 of Irelands’ recent graduates from different disciplines to brainstorm, create ideas, and ultimately new companies.
The Ideas Factory 100 will be owned and run by the graduates.
High potential ideas which the graduates feel can be turned into businesses will be given full support to develop the idea into an operating and profitable company.
This will be done by aligning The Ideas Factory 100 with mentors, industry, seed capital, investors, and any agencies necessary to create and build a company.
You do not need to have an idea, or a ‘business head’ to be part of this.
All you need is some qualification, realistic enthusiasm, and lots of ‘pick and drive’.
What will we be doing?
We will be immersed in a working environment unlike any other graduate position.
We will experience an extremely steep learning curve, with the programme honing our skills, supporting the ‘entrepreneur’ within each of us, while at the same time probing our industry specific knowledge to investigate opportunities across industry both nationally and internationally.
We will work individually and within teams to brainstorm, create and investigate ideas, and ultimately create and build a profitable company.
As a part of this programme we will be pushed beyond our comfort zone to not only master our technical skills but also how to build a profitable company.
